Q1: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: We offer a full 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before your tour’s departure date. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the trip, as we have already secured your permits, accommodation, and guides by that time. If we must cancel a trip due to severe, unsafe weather, you will receive a 100% refund or a full credit to reschedule.

A: This specific tour is rated Moderate. You should be comfortable walking 5 to 8 miles (8 to 13 kilometers) per day on uneven, rocky trails. The routes include steady uphill climbs with an average elevation gain of 1,200 feet (365 meters) per day. We recommend doing some cardio training or practice hikes with a backpack for at least 4 weeks before arriving.

A: Your booking covers all major costs during the trip so you do not have to worry about logistics.
  • Included: 3 nights in boutique eco-lodges, all breakfasts and dinners, certified wilderness guides, national park entry permits, and group safety gear.
  • Not Included: Airfare to the starting city, lunches, personal hiking gear (like boots and poles), and optional tips for your guides.

A: Yes, we absolutely do. We can easily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free diets. Please indicate your specific dietary restrictions or severe allergies on your booking form at checkout. Our lodges and backcountry chefs will prepare separate, safe meals for you.

A: Once you book, we will email you a comprehensive, itemized packing list. The absolute essentials you must bring are broken-in hiking boots with good ankle support, a waterproof rain jacket, a reusable 2-liter water bottle, sunscreen, and a 30-liter daypack. We provide all specialized group gear like first-aid kits and navigation tools.
